INSURANCE COVERAGE
SCCI Management & Insurance Agency Corp.
Is one of the two recognized insurance providers by the Insurance Commission, in the Passenger Personal Accident Insurance Program (PPAIP) by the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) for Public Utility Vehicles (PUVs) nationwide.
The Passenger Personal Accident Insurance (PPAI) Program, administered jointly by the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board and the Insurance Commission, is legally sanctioned under Section 387 of the Insurance Code and the LTFRB charter. The PPAI provides for mandatory insurance coverage for all passengers of public utility vehicles (PUVs).
This concept of ALL RISK–NO FAULT shall apply to all AUTHORIZED PUVs.

Who is covered under the POLICY?
Any passenger (inclusive of driver and conductor, if applicable) whilst mounting into, dismounting from, or travelling in the covered vehicle as described in the Confirmation of Cover.
